Rooms

Our 71 renovated hotel rooms and 3 suites offer modern facilities. Stay connected with work, family and friends via our hotel's free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the stylish design and homely amenities, such as the fully stocked minibar.

With lush hues of greens and earthy colours, the charm of the surroundings is captured and quoted in the design elements. The beds framed with wooden frames are perfect for relaxing in. In the wet area, you can enjoy a high level of comfort and environmentally friendly care products are available for use. All rooms are fully technically equipped, including air-conditioning and USB charging stations as well as high-resolution flatscreens.

Classic & deluxe rooms

Our classic rooms (single and double rooms at 23 m²) and deluxe rooms (single and double rooms at 24 m²) combine the charm of the surrounding nature with contemporary furnishing elements. The deluxe rooms also offer their own coffee and tea station. The single rooms are equipped with queen-size beds.

The Wi-Fi allows you to work undisturbed. After work, a comfortable bed guarantees restful sleep.

Suites

Spacious suites in elegant design guarantee a luxurious and relaxing stay. Two of the three suites are located in the main building, another in the castle section:

• Junior Suite (accessible):
  The Junior Suite (44 m2) impresses with its fresh design and spacious living area, which offers enough space for relaxing hours.

• Castle Suite: 

  The sophisticated Castle Suite (54,2 m²) is a dream come true and has a comfortable king-size bed. A separate living space and bedroom with a beautiful view of the castle lake and the spacious bathroom offer enough space to relax.

• Executive Suite:

  The exclusive Executive Suite (66 m²) impresses with its spacious living area with its own kitchenette and small balcony.

Spa and wellness

Spend a pleasant time by the pool, in the sauna or in the fitness area. In the hotel's 400 m² wellness area you will be able to relax and unwind to make your stay even more enjoyable. 

The renovated wellness area will offer a indoor pool, a steam bath, a biosauna, a Finnish sauna and comfortable sitting-areas. 

The spa and wellness area is located in the western wing of the ground-floor guest annex and is open exclusively to hotel guests.

Bathrobe and slippers can be borrowed free of charge at the reception.

Whoever keeps themselves fit lives a healthier life. Physical fitness ensures that you are more productive in everyday life and can better withstand many stresses and strains.

The fitness room at Schloss Hernstein is open to our guests for training around the clock, 7 days a week and is equipped with modern Cybex equipment:

Bicycle hire

For excursions into nature and outdoor sporting activities, our e-bike rental service for which a fee is charged is available (upon request). You can get information about possible cycling and excursion destinations from the reception.
