Opening Brasserie and Bar@2561 at Schloss Hernstein

We are happy to announce that we finally open our brasserie and our bar@2561 for day guests! We can't wait to welcome you to our new and cozy ambience.

Our kitchen offers a wide range of specialities, including game specialties and grilled dishes, which are prepared with great attention to detail by our experienced kitchen team. Whether you want breakfast, lunch or dinner, you've come to the right place.

We would like to point out that we can currently only allocate tables with reservations. Due to the current situation and to make the operation of our Brasserie as safe as possible, it is important for us to plan the number of guests in advance.

We therefore ask you to contact us in advance by telephone or using the booking tool to reserve a table. This is the only way we can ensure that we can offer you a seat in our Brasserie.

Breakfast
Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Lunch
Monday to Sunday: 12 p.m. to 2.30 p.m
(Orders possible until 2 p.m.)

Dinner
Monday to Sunday: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m
(Orders possible until 9.30 p.m.)
