Airport
The nearest airport is Vienna Schwechat about 45 min. drive (approx. 61 km) away.

Arrival/Departure
Your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. You must vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You can leave your luggage in the luggage depot at reception until your departure.

Baby equipment
We are happy to provide baby equipment for your little ones. Please let us know and we would be happy to provide a cot and cot linen for no extra charge.

The hotel bar is open from Monday to Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to midnight. (exceptions reserved)

e-bikes (subject to a charge) for you on request.

We offer a sheltered parking space for your bicycles. Please enquire at our reception.

The closest bus stop, Schloss Hernstein, is 50 m away.

Charging cable
If you forget to bring your charger, we have a wide range of charging cables available for hire at our reception.

Charging stations
We offer different charging stations for your e-cars. The e-car charging station is located at the parking spaces in front of the reception and in the car park.

Coffee station
From the Deluxe category upwards, a complimentary coffee station is available.

Copies/Scans
Photocopies can be made at the reception in black and white. There is a fee of €0.40 for each page.

Credit cards
You can pay your room or restaurant bill by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard as well as EC cards and also PayPal.

Dinner
Monday to Saturday: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is essential to reserve a table. The brasserie is on the upper floor.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed in the following areas:

• In the entire outdoor area
• In the ground-floor hotel wing next to the reception*

Dogs are still not allowed in the following areas:

• Our restaurant and bar
• Our wellness area
• Our fitness room

The rest of our hotel corridors (excluding the above-mentioned hotel wing)
We charge €22.00 per dog per night for staying overnight with a dog.
*Note: This hotel wing has 8 classic rooms.

Emergency exits and escape routes
You will find an escape plan in your room. Please take a good look at it. Escape route lights show you the escape route in case of emergency, our assembly point is located in front of the reception! All escape routes are marked, fire extinguishers are located on each floor. Please pay attention to the electronic loudspeaker announcement and make sure to follow it! This is for YOUR OWN safety.

We have beautiful running trails in the immediate vicinity. Our staff will be happy to inform you about it.

There is a shoe polishing machine at the entrance from the car park for you to clean your shoes.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our hotel rooms and public areas! There are ashtrays for you outside all the doors.
